Quality Control

So that you only receive insulators and bushings which meet our exacting quality standards, we use a wide range of state-of-the-art testing equipment:

Partial discharge testing: 1 device for up to 110 kV

Partial discharge testing: 1 device for up to 200 kV

Electrical testing

X-ray testing (RT1, RT2-inspectors acc. EN ISO 9712)

Helium leakage detection systems (LT1, LT2-inspectors acc. EN ISO 9712)

Climatic testing chambers for temperature tests (-70° to 180° C)

Pressure testing

Burst testing

DSC analysis (e.g. to determine glass transition temperatures)

Determination of filler content
